You do. Studio and Enterprise customers get their own dedicated server cluster. Your data lives in your environment and is never accessible to third parties unless you explicitly grant access. Under GDPR and COPPA, this level of data ownership isn't a nice-to-have. It's a requirement.
Support packages start at $1,500 per month, with SLA tiers ranging from a two-business-day response window up to eight business hours. Coverage scales with your game's needs — a soft-launch indie title has very different requirements than a live-service game running weekly events. For studios with scheduled live ops events or facing production emergencies, we can extend availability beyond standard windows. Enterprise customers can negotiate dedicated support lanes and named contacts. You get as little or as much coverage as your game requires, and can upgrade your package as your player base grows.
Studios don't outgrow PULSE. It's designed to scale from indie to large publisher, and you can add modules and third-party integrations over time without rearchitecting.
